Just a little funny: I was perusing the list of players for C's softball league to find out which teams all her friends were put on, and found no less than 3 Sydneys in the list of 2nd and 3rd graders: there were a "Sydney," a "Sydnie" and a "Sydnee."
Yay! Sydneys of various spellings are taking over the world, stamping out the name Cindy wherever we find it and forcing people to recognize Sydney as a girl's name.
